RFQ Details

I am presently urgently looking for a new or refurbished vacuum belt filter for a phosphate beneficiating facility situated in West Africa for immediate installation and operation

At this production facility they are operating with 2 m2 belt filters purchased 5 years ago. The new filter is urgently needed to increase production to meet marketing commitments

The present filters filter and wash a 65% phosphate slurry with a two stage washing system

The filtration characteristics of the phosphate rock are excellent at a production rate corresponding to 100 tons per hour (on a dry basis) of product

A vacuum of only 250 mm is sufficient to filter and wash the product

We are thus interested in a similar filter in the range of 12 -30 m2 filter sizes

Could I obtain initial information regarding the availability and budget price for such equipment
